Sherlyn,
You can definitely use us as a happy family.

From my first contact with you through the delivery of the Tanner and now you have been more than helpful.  The advice regarding purchasing a male instead of a female was truly appreciated and made perfect sense.  Even when I asked you to send me a picture of the puppy with my name next to it to ensure that this was not a scam you accommodated me and I could hear the smile in your response. Tanner is beautiful and was obviously well socialized.  He instantly loves everyone and is not intimidated at all by any of the dogs he has met. He is sweet, playful and a big snuggler. By the looks on my mom and dads faces I would have to say it was love at first sight. I can easily say that if I were to get another puppy I would
definitely come to you first. If money, space and time were no object there are several on your sight that I would love to bring home. I have to say that Little Rascal and Scooby Doo definitely caught my eye.

In addition, your delivery guy Clint was awesome.  He kept me updated on the delivery time for Tanner and was very accommodating.  He met me right where he said he would and at the exact time.  He was polite, friendly and extremely easy to deal with.  He had to move on to make some other deliveries and get some sleep but he was more than happy to let us take a peak at the other puppies he was delivering.

Thanks again for everything.  I will be sure to send you pictures of Tanner and his big sister Molly once they are all settled in.  I talked to my mom this morning and she said they are already becoming fast friends and love to play together.

Dear Sherlyn

It's been a week since Deb and I picked up our puppy Abby, and we are already completely in love with her! She ajusted very well to her new home.People stop us everyday and tell us how beautiful she is, and we always agree. Thank you for making this process for us an easy one. You answered all of our questions and was so patient with us even when we thought we were pestering you. We loved the added touch of having her hand delivered right to us. Clint your delivery guy was so nice and gave us updates during her trip as to where they were and how she was doing. We just wanted to take the time to say thank you for the wonderful experience!

Sherlyn,

We are really enjoying our new family member! Things went really smoothly from the time I started talking to you until I picked our new pup up at the airport. We have decided to keep her name  “Laney” as everyone liked it. Thanks so much for faxing her vet records to my vet. They were there waiting for us the next day. My vet said she looked very healthy and had all her vaccines UTD. A lot more than most puppies that come in for their first checkup, she compliments you on that! I will keep you updated as Laney grows. I know several others with Oldes and have gotten a lot of compliments on her and how jealous they are as Laney is such a beautiful pup! We would definitely recommend others looking for a new family member to give you call, as I would do business with you again!

Thanks so much,

Sherlyn,

Heather

Here is a letter of reference from Heathers' husband Pat... It is hilarious!
Sherlyn,

well Gidget has acclimated to our house very well. Unfortunatly for me, my wife has determined that in the middle of the night, if Gidget cries at all that it is best if I sleep on the couch so Gidget can sleep with her. Oh well, we all make sacrifices for our new family members. Gidget is doing very well. She is doing well with the house training and is getting along beautifully with our 100+ lb chocolate lab Duke. As playfull as Duke gets, she gives it right back.

We have been told no less than 20 times that she is beautiful. We have taken her everywhere with us and our day always gets longer due to the fact that we get stopped numerous times by people to inquire about our cute little dog. My daughter and I were letting Gidget do her business in Lowes parking lot and this guy comes up and gets out of his truck and tells us the complete history of his bulldog. He told us how his dog was the best friend and loving and loyal companion and so far Gidget is living up to his memory. The only issue is that her teeth are sharp and I mean razor sharp. We are learing to not leave your feet hanging off the sofa or else.

Your help in our decision making process and your understanding in my wife's ridiculus amount of emails and phone calls was very helpful. Your knowledge and help in our decision was greatly appreciated. As for the delivery, Clint was a godsend. He was very patient considering we were an hour late and he seemed to be very concerned with the dogs well being. We had a good talk and then he had to go on his way. It was very worth the money to not have Gidget go through a plane ride.

The care package was awesome. We were not really sure of the anti anxiety drugs but they seem to have done the trick. Great proactive thinking. The leash and collar and food were a great surprise. We are now mixing our food with yours to ease the transition.

As I am writing this I am quickly realizing that I have another night on the sofa because Heather and Gidget are "bonding in bed". I will send you my bill from my chiropractor and I can only hope that Gidget starts to sleep through the night so I can once again sleep in my own bed.

Sherlyn,
Ross' 1st full day was great!  My daughter Hayley has this crate training thing down.He has been well loved, that's for sure! How can you not love him!  He is going potty outside a lot now and he is nipping some. I think I would nip too if everyone was mauling me!  He goes from this mellow butterball to lets play!
My kids and I needed a positive, happy focus and Ross has brought out the best in everyone.

Thanks again,
Gala in NY
She got Ross, a Victorian Bulldog.  Kept the name Ross for him.

She sent me this 2nd note about him later:

Everbody is great!  Ross has been a big hit!  Literally everbody falls in love with him.  I had a bridal shower for my sister-in-law yesterday and Ross stole the show!
The only challenge he is giving us is the nipping, it hurts!!  He wants to play, but we are working on no biting. We laugh because everybody wears sneakers when they play with Ross!  I absolutely love him!  We'll get this nipping under control, other than that he is pretty close to perfect!

Sherlyn,

We wanted to say thank you for the wonderful addition to our family. Since Buddy came to live with us in April he has been a delight to have. I couldn't have a better puppy. He has been a wonderful friend to have.  The process of picking up our new edition was easy, our vet was very impressed with his shot records and how healthy he was. Since I am new to owning a Bulldog I am greatful for all the information you sent with him as this made our first night less stressful. He has his kennel in my room and sleeps there most of the time, but now has found a way into my bed when I sleep during the day. He is my some what silent companion (disregarding the snore) never far from my side. I hope in the future to add a friend for him to play with and you will be the first to know.
Thank you again.

Frankie and family bought a French Bulldog from me.  They live in Bernardino, CA.

He is in the process of writing me a reference letter.
Hi Sherlyn,

Spencer (Toby now) is doing great.  He is quite the attention getter anyplace that he goes -- "cutest puppy I've ever seen" seems to be the common comment.

Thanks,

Hi Sherlyn,
I just wanted to give you a quick update on Rigby's first night home! She is absolutely fabulous - she didn't have any accidents at all, I've been taking her out to go to the restroom every 40 minutes or so. She ate the whole 1/2 cup of food I gave her, and she slept through the night. As soon as it was time to go to bed, she curled up in the crook of my arm and slept soundly all night (not even a snore! I was surprised!) She woke up ready to go this morning, she went out and did her business and was ready to play. I have found absolute joy in this puppy, and I just wanted to say again how much I appreciate you and your husband being so accommodating and wonderful through the whole process.
Have a great day!

She bought Betty, a Victorian Bulldog.  She is now named Eleanor Rigby... "Rigby" for short.

Dear Sherlyn,

Thank you so much for our beautiful puppy, Audie (formerly Jace)! We
couldn’t be happier with the new addition to our family—he has such a
great temperament and we love watching his personality develop each day. He’s already developed quite a reputation in our apartment building because of how friendly and adorable he is and it takes us 45 minutes to walk around the block because we get stopped so often by people telling us that he’s “the cutest dog” they’ve ever seen.

From the first phone call with you, to meeting Clint to pick him up,
this process was completely stress free and we are so happy to have
found you (and Audie, of course).

Many thanks for this wonderful puppy! We’ll definitely send more
photos and updates as he grows.

Best,

Emily and Hugh

Dear Sherlyn,

My boyfriend Rob and I were looking for a perfect companion for our dog Chunk, after his litter mate Karma died. We searched breeders high and low, until we found Sherlyn and Pine Ridge Puppies. Initially we were sold on one of her puppies, but then she added another option and we ended up with TWO!

The kindness of Sherlyn before, during, and after the puppies were home with us really made a difference. She truly cares about each and every single dog she has.

As for Chunk? He is the happiest we've seen him in a long time. Olive and Sundae (our Pine Ridge Puppies) are happy and healthy and loving their new home with their brother Chunk.

We HIGHLY recommend Pine Ridge Puppies for quality, healthy puppies and an excellent experience with an incredibly loving breeder!

Rob and Courtney got 2 of my Victorians; Chelsea (now Olive), and Lori (now Sundae).
(This comment and picture was sent to me from Courtney after they picked up their new babies and headed home.) She writes:    "This is a pic of Chunk and Sundae meeting for the first time... the look on both of their faces is PRICELESS!!! "
Courtney sent this picture to me a few weeks after having Olive and Sundae living with them.  Looks like Chunk and Olive snuggle well together.

Sherlyn,
Hello! I am happy to report that Daisy (Tammy) is doing great. She and Jonesy are getting along great. The kids and I absolutely adore her. I would like to thank you for blessing our family with this beautiful puppy. I would also like to thank you for your patience, your knowledge about victorians, and your being so understanding of my constant questions. I'm truly impressed by the fact that you followed up after we received Daisy to make sure she was doing ok and we were all happy. Thank you again for all you have done. We are truly blessed to have Daisy join our family.
Thank you, Mandy in Indiana

Sherlyn-

Jamie and I would like to thank you for the newest addition to our family, Bo.  She is has a wonderful temperment, smart, and so loving.  We could not be happier with our puppy and treat her like a child!  I also want to say thank you to your shipper Clint.  He was professional and courteous.  I know that BO had a safe and enjoyable road trip to FL.  I must say we were hesitant buying a puppy online without interacting with them in person, but you listened to the type of personality we wanted in a pup and we got absolutley that and so much more.  We are already looking at getting another and will be coming back to you.  Thank you for the many years of joy you have brought to our lives by being a wonderful and responsible breeder.

PS We are looking at getting another one to be Bo's playmate!

They have a Victorian of mine. She was Marilyn and is now named Bo.
